Hi Tina and Eddie

I thought I would make time to share some photos of our lil Bradley. He is from Gypsies litter, born 27th December 2009. Bradley is absolutely gorgeous, he settled in so quickly and never cried once. He takes everything in his stride, he's just so care free and playful. Me and my partner love him to peices, it's as if he's our first child, haha. He already sits, gives a paw and gives a high five. We even take him on metros and trains for days out and he is good as gold. We couldn't imagine life without him now, thank you for our lil man!

Couldn't recommend your dog's higher, we'd love to get another actually.

Lots of love Jo and Thomas
Yoda

Dear all at Foxisle,

I just wanted to give you an update on our beautiful Jug Puppy 'Yoda', he was one of Dotty's first litter, he is now 16 months old and we can't imagine life without him! We are first time dog owners and can't believe we lived this long without a canine companion, he is the perfect mix of Pug and Jack russell, he is so happy running around with other dogs or chasing tennis balls and sticks but it is just as happy giving us cuddles on the sofa.

He is suprisingly clever, he has passed his next steps training course and is starting a tricks and fun course soon, everyone at dog class loves him and he is somewhat of a local celebrity at the parks in our area. He loves nothing more that licking us to death and basking in the sun but he does love to steal socks from the washing machine when we're not looking!

Thank you all so much for our lovely little boy and maybe one day we'll be back for a companion for him (If Mikey lets me!)

Sarah, Mikey and Yoda of course! (Sheffield)

Hi Eddie and Tina,

Hope you're well. We spent last week with Blossom on holiday in Devon. She is such a comical puppy with such a lovely nature, she can't get enough cuddles. We took her to the beach on a boat and she wasn't worried about going in the sea or falling in a big hole she made in the sand. Everyone stops to admire her and my parents are thrilled to bits with her. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

We can't wait to come and collect our puppy in 2 weeks, as a family we are very big fans of puggles and would recommend them to anyone.

See you soon.

Hi Tina and Eddie, its been a while since i last updated you on Ripley. He is smashing. Such a lovely little dog! I am absolutely over the moon because my mums 3 dogs have finally warmed to him and have grew to ignore him rather than look at him as an intruder! ha. He's 5 months old now, it has flew right over! Found little teeth dotted around the house, bless.

He's been an angel whilst teething though, so far the furniture has been lucky, and his toys have been the ones taking the battering!! ha. Yesterday Ripley and Harvey (pauls mum & dads cockerpoo, which they got from you guys) met for the 1st time! They absolutely love each other, they were playing all afternoon knackering each other out!! So funny together. Ripley is quite a bit heavier than Harvey, but he still stood his ground and didn't let Ripley boss him about! I think they are going to be the best of friends. Hope the photos i send turn out ok.

Thanks again for our little man

barney
We came over on Saturday 17th April and bought Barney our beautiful cocker spaniel, and just wanted to write and thank you for your help in choosing our new best friend. He’s settled in very well, though we have had a few tearful nights, but yesterday Thursday evening he seemed to be much more settled and he hasn’t missed a meal yet and seems to be growing bigger every hour.

After visiting a few breeders we were very impressed by the set up and facilities you have and the obviously love you share with your dogs. Barney enjoys our garden and just as soon as we can get him his second injection we can’t wait to start showing him the wider world, everyone he’s met so far has been falling in love with him, he’s already a pin up with the girls at my office.

We will certainly visit you just as soon as he’s able to go out and we’ll forward some pictures as he grows up, can’t think what we did before he arrived, life is much more fun now! Once again thank you and your staff, any one think of buying a Cocker Spaniel or any of your breeds, should make a B line to your door, they won’t be disappointed.

Best wishes

maisie

Dear Eddie & Tina

We have attached some recent pictures of our cockapoo, Maisie, who was one of Sweetie's litter. As you can see she is gorgeous and has settled into our family really well. She only cried for a short while on the first night and we have not heard a sound from her at night since then.

The toilet training went really well and we only had a few little accidents. She can now go out for walks and everyone we meet falls in love with her and ask all about her - she loves all the fuss. She loves to play with the children and just licks them to death! We would like to thank you for such a gorgeous little girl!

Billy
Dear Eddie and Tina,

We just want to say thank you again for our wonderful Cockerpoo. His name is Billy, which really suits him. He was born on June 27th, 2009, and is one of Sweetie’s pups. He has just turned 8 months old. We have attached a photograph although he has grown quite a bit since it was taken!

Billy is an absolute joy and we love him so much. He is clever and funny, loving and cuddly and a delight to have around. He has brought such love and life with him.

I am writing a book at the moment and he’s such a great writing companion. He lies beside me, asking for a tummy tickle every now and then, and when it’s time for a break, decided by him sometimes, off we go to the local park. He’s a procrastinator’s dream because he’s always ready to play! On the other hand, when I really have to get stuck in and concentrate on the book, he thinks ‘fair cop’ and has a little snooze.

Everyone loves him and he loves everyone! He is such a star that we think he should be a dad one day. And we would love to keep one of his pups! My husband was not keen on the idea of getting a dog but he has fallen for Billy completely. He really could charm the birds from the trees!

Thank you again for all your help.

Warmest wishes,
Caroline and Simon, Twickenham.

Mini and Cooper
Hi everyone,

Just thought we would send you a photo of Cooper (now 17 weeks old). She has been a fantastic addition to our family, and is a perfect playmate for our 2 year old doodle Mini. Mini and Cooper became the best of friends immediately. Wherever one doodle is, the other one is sure to be close by.

Cooper would eat until she popped if we let her, so Mini has had to learn to eat her own food fairly quickly, before Cooper barges her out of the way so that she can get at it herself. Walking the girls is an absolute joy, Cooper loves being off the lead and free to roam around the woods.

Cooper has settled into family life easily, its already hard to remember a time when she wasn’t with us. She is a gorgeous, lovable doodle.

From all of us – a BIG thank you.

The Sayers family.
Christmas Dodger
'Dodger' is settling in fine and is a source of great happiness. Thanks for my lovely doodle. Picture attached. I can send more if you wish for your website? Have a lovely Christmas.

Dexter
Hi Eddie & Tina

attached are photo of Foxisle Dexter Bovverboy!

Brian has a delightful character but is a true beagle - very wilful!! He is more than double the size when we picked him up at the beginning of October. He still has lots of loose skin to grow into but still has his strong legs and well set shoulders. He's going to be a big boy.

He has settled in very well and is very confident in his new surroundings and with his new playmates, although I think they are missing the peace and quiet they enjoyed before. His voice is beginnig to break and is quickly losing his puppy yap, replacing it with a nice deep bay. I've missed that!!

Toilet training has been fun and just as we think we have cracked it he looks at you sideways (and I'll swear he smiles) and then leaves you a little gift, wherever he feels like. He does know it wrong though and disappears very quickly.

He has an excellent appetite but is not greedy. Once he discovered the joy of a good walk there has been no turning back and is discovering the delights of investigating in the local woods. I'm very wary of when his nose goes down and tail goes up. Training is progressing well with sit to command and stay works until he gets bored or sees something more interesting. he returns to his name but return on a whistle is still a work in progress.

Dill has been a very good carer for Brian and takes a lot of hassle from him without complaining. He chaperones him constantly when walking off lead.

Brian's pet hate.... putting a collar on but happy once it's there

favourite things............ to climb on your knee for a cuddle even though he's not a little pup now and usually falls off.

We love having him around and thank you for the opportunity to have him as part of our family.

Hi Eddie, Tina & Carol

We are just writing to you to say thank you for giving us our beautiful little beagle girl Lucy. She is now 6 months old and has grown so much since we got her. She has just passed her GCDS puppy foundation course and is moving onto the bronze award soon, the dog training acadamy cant believe how well she has done. We have also taken her to a few ringcraft classes, and won a few prizes.

She is extremely well socialised with other animals and people and tries to play with our cat (Jinxie) all the time. She has a mind of her own and loves howling but we wouldnt have her any other way, we love our little beagle girl Lucy! We take her everywhere with us, but we think she likes the seaside best as she loves water so much. (She has even tried getting in the shower)

Thank you so much, she has been an amazing addition to our family. We might be back very soon to get a little sister or brother for Lucy!!!

Roxy

Hi Tina & Eddie,

Sorry we have been a while in sending you the attached photo's - you know how busy life gets with a new addition in the family!!

Anyway, we are having a great time with her. She is such a lovely dog - everyone we meet, and I mean everyone, thinks she is wonderful!! In fact, we have to leave the house earlier to get to places as we get stopped all the time!!

Roxy is 12 weeks old tomorrow and we have almost got there with the toilet thing!!! Its coming. She has been sleeping in her crate for the last 4 weeks and really likes it in there - no problems with crying or coming down to little puddles!! She's just a fab little pup and even though she has only been with us for 4 weeks we all love her to bits and couldn't imagine life without her.

We'd all just like to thank you for your help in choosing Roxy - we are all turning into proper doggy bores!!!

Thanks again - we keep reading your web-page so please keep it up - its great to read all the other testimonials.

Here are some photos of jude our puggle who we bought from you guys in january. he will be one in december, just thought you may want some pics to go on your testomonials page for others to see. Jude has settled into his new home brilliantly an we couldn't imagine life without him, he likes nothing more than to be snuggled up in our laps at any opportunity!!! he has been really good to train an learn him some cool tricks....although toilet training him was a bit of a struggle, he was being lazy (typical man ha) he is quite the celebrity in our village as no one has really seen a breed like him before so they stop to admire him and ask questions about him. he was also featured in our local magazine advertising dog training which he loved... hes quite the poser!!! anyway thanks again for a brilliant dog. jenna and ian.

He has settled in very well and is a huge part of our family now, he is loved and admired by everyone. His first baby tooth has fallen out today.! He enjoys playing in our garden and fetching his toys, he also loves to bury his chew bones in our garden. He is very playful and is full of mischief!

Dear Tina and Eddie

Just a quick note to let you know how Fudge is getting along, one of Merry's puppies born in December. He is full of fun and loves meeting new friends, dogs and humans, more people in the village know his name than ours! He enjoys his training classes and picks it up quickly.

Lots of people stop us and ask what breed he is. We would definitely recommend a cockapoo for families with younger children as he has such a lovely nature.

Regards
Carol, Mick and Yasmin
This is Rosa, our Cockapoo, she was born 15th December 2008 ( Gypsys litter), she is now 4 months old.

We have never owned a dog before and were a little anxious initially. However, there really was'nt any need to worry. She has been delightful from the moment we collected her!

The very first night she went into her crate and we didnt hear a peep from her until the following morning. Within 2 weeks she was house trained and had learned a few simple tricks, she is obviously an intelligent pup. She is also very sociable, she loves to be around people of all different ages, as well as other dogs.

She has brought such joy to our lives, we simply couldnt imagine life without her now. We would highly recommend Foxisle. All of your pups appear happy and healthy and the support and friendly service you provide is second to none.

With kind regards,

Hi,

We were recommended you by a friend and came to look at your older retired dogs in September 08. We were so pleased with one in particular that we took her home! Katie was a retired 5 year old chocolate lab. She fitted right in and although quiet at first she soon became one of the family. She is absolutely gorgeous and her coat has improved. Everyone who meets her comments on how beautiful she is. She is great with new people and kids but does bark at men with grey hair at first.

We could not be more thrilled with her. We were always put off in the past as we considered dogs to be a burden however now we wish we had owned a dog when the kids were growing up. Thanks for providing us with a fab new addition to the Marsden family.

All the best,

Hi there,

Just wanted to let you know that we are getting along well with our little cockerpoo boy we had from you on valentines day. Spoke to Carol during the first week we had him as I was feeling a bit of panic set in!! He is a lovely boy and has grown quite a bit!

We have called him Charlie.

Charlie loves everyone and is very friendly. From the first night we had him, he went in his crate at 10:30 pm and we didn't hear a sound from him until we got up to him at 7am. We had to take him out for the loo every 25 min during the day !! but just over 3 weeks of persevering and he is fairly well trained. Very nippy at the moment but that's to be expected. so lot's of chew toys around.

He loves digging in mud in the garden !! Charlie loves fresh meat for dinner ! and treats of course.

We will have had him for 5 weeks this Sat and we wouldn't be without him. Just wanted to let you know and send you an updated picture.

Thanks again,

Joanne, Trevor, Jacob & Madison Rumney
Charlie
Hi Eddie & Tina,

Thought you would like to see how Ruudy's getting on. Hope you like the pics !!!

He is 12 weeks old on (26/02/09) but he has made unbelievable progress. After 3 days of being at home he would sit at the back door when he needed the toilet every time and sit and wait for his treat afterwards. He is sooo clever.

He is crate trained and loves his den, the 1st 2 nights he howled a little bit but now sleeps right through and often climbs into his crate by himself through the day.

He has now been allowed out for a week and has been walked everyday although only for 20 Min's or so. He is already off the lead and returns when we call his name no problem. He is great with other dogs & kids and is always happy to meet new people.

We really have been blown away how willing he is to learn and please us. Although he does have a tendency to nip, but we forget he is only 3 months old as he has come so far.

He has been such a joy to us, we cant thank you enough and have already recommended you to friends & family.

Take care Alan & Lucy-jo

Eddie & Tina, We thought it was about time we let you know how Alfie is getting on. He is one of Jet's puppies born in August 08. He is nearly 7 Months old now and is the most fantastic little dog anyone could ever wish for. He is so lovable and loves to be around people and other animals including our two cats.

He has grown really quickly but is still as cute as ever. He is an intelligent little dog which has helped with house training and socialising but his Mom (Jet) should probably take most of the credit here. It is good to know that there are still a few good breeders out there and have and will continue to recommend you to friends and family. He is our first Cockapoo and would certainly recommend this breed to anyone who wants a well rounded family dog.

He has been easy to train and has the most beautiful coat which so far doesn't appear to shed. Considering the length of his hair he is really easy to groom. He loves his walks and enjoys swimming and he is looking forward to his first holiday where he can run on the beach and swim in the sea. We have also attached a few photo's of Alfie.

Thanks for everything and especially for making us feel really welcome on all our visits to you.

Alan and Lucy's puggle
Dear Eddie

It was very nice to speak to you today and hopefully our friend Kate Brown will be in touch with you shortly about buying a puggle, she only met our two last week and completely fell in love with them.

I attach a photograph of coco and casper sat with me on Christmas day, as you can probably see they are very adored and very spoilt.

They have very different personalities, Casper is much the more timid of the two and really only cares about his food and being cuddled, Coco is much feistier, very intelligent and an independent spirit, she adores water and jumps into any lake or river at the earliest opportunity whilst he just paddles at the edge, regardless we love them both equally and cannot believe the pleasure they have bought to our lives.

Since having coco and capser in June 2007 we have met several puggles but none quite like our own, they really are very special, I am so glad I saw the photographs of their elder brother on the front page of Country Life and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

With Kind Regards

Nick Hollinshead, Coco and Casper

Me and the Puggles
Hi Tina and Eddie

Happy New ! hope you are both well.

Thought I'd just drop you a line and a couple of pics, to let you know how our little Puggle pup is getting along. We finally settled on "Poppy" as her name, as it was remembrance weekend when we came up to see you.

Poppy has been fantastic and has settled in really well, she was toilet trained in the first week and our Vet made the comment that; " Your breeder certainly knows what they are doing" which I thought you'd like to hear.

She is now out on the lead and the only draw back is that we are stopped every few yards with people admiring our little pup. As you thought she has turned a beautiful smoky brown colour, which I hope you can see in the photos.

We are both totally obsessed with poppy and we have both turned into complete Dog bores who will happily spend hours talking to friends and anyone who will listen, showing them the latest photos on our telephones.

Thank you once again, and we are certainly recommending Foxisle to anyone.

Kindest Regards
David & Natasha ( and Poppy of course )

Hi Tina and Eddie! Nelly (born 22.2.2008) sends greetings from Finland. During the summer there was a lot of swimming, running in the woods and studying hard in dog school. The winter came early this fall and she's crazy abouyt snow.

Nelly has grown into a big girl; she's 25 kg and 57 cm high. She's very playfull and gets well along with kids. We built a fence to our back yard where she likes to spend time. She's a real outdoor fan.

She's kept us in good shape by our long walks in the nearby woods. We haven't had any allergy problems with our adorable f1b labradoodle.

Thank's again for a splendid dog. We wish you a happy New Year!

Hi Tina and Eddie and everyone at foxisle.

Just thought i would send you a picture of our cockapoo woody. We got him from you in July (one of gypsy's litter born 25th april )He is now six months old and as you can see he is absolutely gorgeous. Here he is sitting in his favourite spot, on the sofa. He is a lovely dog and we get comments about him all the time. My husband can't believe how many people stop us in the street and ask us about him and where we got him from. We are always sure to tell them about you all at Foxisle .

Woody loves everyone , people and other dogs. He is a pleasure to have in the house. The children adore him. His personality is great . He can be really playful one minute yet so calm and peaceful the next. We love having him and a great big thankyou to you all for such a wonderful little dog. (well not so little anymore).

Hi Eddie and Tina,

I enclose some shots of Leo in his latest guise of show dog! We attended The Scottish Doodle show down in Dundee at the weekend. It's a show for Doodles of all types shapes and sizes. There were about 250 dogs there.

Classes ranged from best dog/bitch through obedience to best trick and other fun classes. First of all he won best dog then he was first in obedience And then my favorite he won the best Trick class for the second year running! He performed like a professional in all his classes even though I've never taught him how to show, he just did what I asked every time.

At the end of the day all winners were called into the ring to be judged for best in Show. Eddie he showed his heart out and he won best in show!! I was in tears I was so proud of him. David has taken some pictures of him with his trophies so I thought you would like to see him and them.

I was asked several times where I got him so you may get some enquiries! With best wishes from Liz and Best in Show Dog Leo.

Hi Eddie and Tina,

We are just emailing you to let you know how Oscar the Cockapoo (from Geri's litter born on the 7th May) is getting on. He is now 22 weeks old, he has fitted in perfectly with the whole family and everyone adores him. He loves everyone he meets and is very sociable and wants to say hello to them all.

Oscar is also very intelligent, he has learnt a number of tricks including roll over which he mastered after about 30 minutes. He is also a very affectionate puppy who loves his cuddles and being fussed over.

We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful puppy and all the advice you have given us.

I Have attatched a couple of recent photos of him.

Thank you again!

Hi Eddie,

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderfully puppy that me and my daughter got from you the other week, we called her poppi, she is a joy to have. We have only had a few accidents with her not getting out side fast enough but that was our fault not her's.

Poppi as settled in very well she loves the ferrets she sits yapping at there cage till they come to say hi, they have not met face to face yet only through the wire mess of the cage.

Thanks again for such a wonderful puppy.

Kind Regards

Dear Tina/Eddie.. and all your staff

Sorry it has taken me so long to send this email. I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for my lovely Henri (Beagle). He is a little star. I have only had him for a week but he has settled in beautifully with the 2 Westie pups (Poppy and Teddy)and is having great fun.not to mention causing quite a stir everywhere I take him as he is such a little stunner and so soft and gentle.

I have waited so long for little Henri and have been disappointed by other breeders, I cannot thank you and all your staff for their help and support. He travelled so well back down to Bramhall and despite being advised to go to another junction to avoid a crash I saw coming off the M18/M180, hit 2 other crashes on the way back, so the trip was nearly 4 hours.

Day 3, I took Henri and the Westie's to the Caravan at Whitby (so this was just under 2 hours) and he was a little star again. I managed to put the play pen out on the private beach for a couple of hours - which was lovely to watch them discover what sand was. Be reassured that the tide had just gone out to clean the sand and dug out the area where I put the pen, so they were not subjected to any other dogs ( we are the only ones who have dogs there anyway and access is only through the caravan site!)

Henri has been given a clean bill of health after his first injections and am looking forward to taking him to our local park, still another 3 weeks yet - as there is another Beagle (Jack) who is 6 months old (no where near as handsome as Henri).

I haven't managed to get a digital camera yet, but we are all off back to the caravan next Friday for 5 days, so will forward some pictures to you all then.

Several people who have seen him have already commented on the fact that we should show him.. I will stick to just getting him trained at the moment, although he knows his name and comes when called - although he seems to object to doing his business outside, and to not wanting to get up at 5.30 every morning (when I am not working nights!!!) - He loves a cuddle on the bed with the others after going out in the morning.

But I just wanted to say a huge thank you and will email you pictures hopefully next week when we go back to the caravan, and when he goes out for the first time, and I will of course keep in touch and let you know how he is getting on.

Kindest Regards and with many thanks Sally (and Henri)
Hi Eddie and Tina

Its been a while since we last emailed you and we thought you might be interested in hearing how Louis is getting on?

Louis is now a very proud (and spoilt) Beagle at the grand age of 2 and enjoying life very much thank you! A real charmer and still a real monkey when he wants. His character really has bloomed and he is such a loving dog to both human and canine companions. Giving a new lease of life to his uncle Beau, a 9 yr old Dally who are real partners in crime (one keeps look out whilst the other raids the kitchen)!

Louis is a pretty obedient beagle and our worries that we would never be able to let him off his lead for walkies were vanquished from day one as we heeded your advice about training him through his stomach, however he likes to be a bit in front on a walk in case he sniffs something worth showing us. He loves to be out and about and is a real nosey parker, having to see what every one else is up to in case he misses out, sometimes just sitting at looking out of the window on a rainy day watching for hours, occasionally howling at passers by to let them know he is there.

Our biggest relief is that Louis loves to travel, he will go anywhere and everywhere with us happily sitting for miles and miles in his den in the boot, although more recently prefers to sit in the adults seats so he can navigate! His holidays to France have been twice a year and he thinks that France is great as there are loads more smelly things there to sniff. He also made his first flight in a plane with me, not in the hold mind you, in the cabin in his own private jet, even visiting me in the flight deck. Louis seemed fascinated by the whole experience and stared out of the window the whole time. We cant help wonder what he was thinking?

Louis is not the best behaved Beagle in the world nor is he a show winner, but he brings us tremendous joy and only asks us for love and the occasional belly rub in return for being a great addition to our family. Our continued thanks for our fury friend and great to see you doing so well.

Our very best regards and we hope to visit one day soon.

Alastair, Victoria & Louis

Dear Tina,
I just wanted to thank you for the lovely black boy labradoodle puppy you had picked out for me (from Foxy's litter) and that I collected from you on Saturday morning. He is exactly what I asked you for, a scruffy laidback labradoodle. He is going to fit in with us all perfectly. We all love him already.

Thank you so much. It was great to finally meet you.

Anna Kendall.

Hi,
Just a quick note to tell you that Gem is doing very well and settled down here with Pepper and us (a couple of recent photos attached). We've had her spayed, she's now fully recovered and is enjoying her regular walks in the woods and on the beach. This weekend we're off to the lakes for a spot of camping.

Thank you again for such a lovely pair of dogs - we wouldn't be without them now.

Malcolm & Ann

Hi Tina and Eddie,
sorry we have not sent photos earlier of our gorgeous big boy Charlie ( Goldendoodle ) that we got from you last year May/June. He is wonderful and we are so proud of him, he is excellent with children of any age, people and other dogs. Every time we take him for a walk we always get stopped by people.

We have just had him neutered as the vet said it would stop any problems in his later life , we waited until he was nearly one so as not to effect him .Its his birthday next week end and will send upto date pics of him. in the meantime have enclosed photos from last sept 07 sat in his favourite spot ( our patio table)

He still gets travel sick in the car though, even on short journeys, so we go prepared take care

love Linda, Roy and family x

As promised I attach a couple of photos of Bobby so you can see how he is growing. We are all so pleased to have him, he is exactly what you would want in a family dog. he is boisterous and fun with my 5 year old boy and kind and gentle with my 2 year old little girl. He has been with us for only a few weeks and is still only a baby but he already sits on command (even when Maisie asks him) and he gives his paw. We have chickens and cats and he behaves impeccably with them.

He is a credit to your breeding and I would certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of buying a dog. In addition to the fact that he has a lovely nature he is also shaping up to be a very handsome dog.

In conclusion we are delighted, thank you so much!

I will try to send some more photos as he grows.

Claire, William, Maisie (and Bobby)

Hi Eddie and Tina

'Duster' is doing fine. She is definitely one of the gang now!! Have attached a couple of pics, as you can see she's growing and growing!! We have a min poodle staying with us this week and she's delighted to have someone her size to rough & tumble with!

Hi Eddie and Tina,

I'm typing again so as promised here are a couple of pictures of Leo doing what he loves to do, swim! I've also sent a picture of him a little dryer in another email. You can see on that one just how big he has grown. He's now 26inches at the shoulder. He really is a credit to you as you gave him such a good start in life.

We began dog agility in earnest after Christmas and he is excelling as I thought he would. We were also going tracking until I broke my arm but should be back to that soon. He is an absolute natural at that and drags me along in a very confident manner. David has begun to take him to work in the hills in the Scottish highlands. He is a great companion and a really good boy always doing as asked. The only problem is that he comes home with a coat full of heather, bugs and other detritus

Leo still draws allot of attention for both his looks and his Behaviour which is mostly first class. He never knowingly does wrong although owing to a hare getting up just where I had thrown a ball for him he has given chase on a couple of occasions since when I've not seen the hare before him. I've not tried to stop him as I don't want to teach him to ignore me. Rather I wait till he looks back and then I shout `come' something he always does so far but I wish I knew how I could let him know I'd rather he didn't give chase in the first place! We've been to the pet shop and he's happy to lie beside the rabbits so to my mind it's the movement that attracts him not the smell!

I hope all is well with you and that the awful floods down south did not affect you.

With very best wishes to all at foxisle gundogs

Dear all at Foxisle Gundogs

Please find attached a photograph of one very happy dog in the mountains in the Haute Provence, France. She was a puppy from the litter born 10/08/2007.

I can not thank you enough, she has turned out to be the best dog I have every had, so sweet natured and easy to train but hardy enough to enjoy mountain life. Everyone adores her and I am often stopped when out shopping to find out her breed.Cockapoo difficult to translate into French!!!!! The local vet was up treating a horse and was absolutely besotted by her.

We love her to bits so would never part with her so don't be surprised if you get a French enquiry for a puppy just like "The Anglaise" in the next few months.

Thank you again for breeding such a wonderful dog
Kind regards

BARNEY
My Name is Lucy Norton from Sheffield. We bought BARNEY from Tina and Eddie and they were very good with us. Barney is a very good dog and is very friendly with other children and our pet cat Belle.

We saw Barneys mum and dad and all his brothers and sisters in the kennels. My dad picked Barney because he waved his paw at him.
HOLLY

I just wanted to say thank you for Holly – our little blonde labradoodle! She is very well behaved and enjoying being centre of attention.

I would recommend you to any-one buying a puppy and we may even think about getting another puppy next year as a friend for Holly. Thank you very much - and keep up the good work you do with all of your dogs

Merry Christmas,

Chris

LEO

Hi Eddie and everyone,
Attached is a photo of Leo last week.  He’s growing and changing all the time so I’ll be sending more photos as we go along now I have your email address.  He’s an absolute star.  He’s outgoing without being over the top and he’s very easy to train.  I think they would make good gundogs Eddie.

He even got used to the noise from the fireworks in a very short space of time.  [We could hear them clearly from our garden].  Everyone who meets him falls in love with him.  He’s down at the beach with my partner just now.  David isn’t home allot but when he is they are very happy to go off and do things together.  David is looking forward to the time when he can take him out on the Scottish hills for the day.  He will be a big boy the vet says.  Prob about 5 stone when mature.

I hope all is going well with you all

With best wishes
Liz and Leo

LOUIS

Hi Eddie and Tina

Happy New year 2007. I hope you are all getting on well. Victoria and I just wanted to say hi and let you know how we are getting on with our 9 month old Beagle, Louis. He was one of the litter from Chester and Blaze back in April and he is an absolute little corker!

As promised (thanks Eddie), he has more energy than he knows what to do with, but has certainly settled into family life well and charms every one he meets with longing eyes only to go and show himself up by parading round with a shoe or worse!

I havent managed to get him flying yet (and become Biggles Beagle, perhaps the first Foxisle dog to be an aviator? Please let us know). but now he will sit still for more than 5 seconds he can start his flying career. He did make a good impression at Birmingham airport on one of his visits and was offered a job sniffing for contraband, but he turned it down as we thought he probably would eat any evidence he sniffed out!

We are really pleased you have a website now as we are forever passing out your details to prospective dog owners, it looks really great.

Louis has his Pet Passport now and is off for his holls to the Dordogne in France in the summer and he is very excited (we think as he chews the suitcase a lot)! We would to come for a visit to show you how he is getting on if you can stand another Beagle for an hour or two.

Best wishes and thanks again for our Fab Foxisle Fella.

Alastair, Victoria & Louis Banton

FOXISLE LADY GRACIE

We have been meaning to get in touch for a very long time now, but unfortunately just haven't got around to it.

We were extremely fortunate to have Foxisle Lady Gracie from you back in March 2005 and she is a truly lovely lovely dog. I think Jayne and I both knew that having a dog would change our lives but I don't believe either of us realised just how much and just how much we'd love her.

She has been an absolute angel since the minute we picked her up, the 2Hr journey home she was perfect, she didn't cry at all the 1st night we put her to bed and she's been no trouble since, no furniture has been chewed, no carpets damaged, we're both still amazed at how calm and placid she is.

In fact sometimes we wish she'd be a little more animated, but in the house she is calmness personified but that changes when she's out, she's a right social butterfly.

I've attached a couple of photos for you to see how she's developed, she really is a beautiful dog and if you plan on having anymore from the same parents we would seriously consider taking another one.

Have you had any contact back about any other of the puppies in the litter? How have they been or did we just get lucky. We both feel that the exercise regime Gracie has had has made her the dog she is with atleast one 4mile walk around Chasewater on a daily basis and on the rate occasions she's gone to the vets they have always commented on her condition.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to have our little Gracie, although she's not so little these days..

Regards

SIMON

POLLY
Hi Tina and Eddie, we hope all is well with the both of you, we'd just like to say thanks again for giving us such a lovely dog, she's 5 months old next week and doing very well, although a bit naughty at times!

We've attached some photo's for you. We'll keep you updated on her progress, she's been walking with me(Marco) off the lead for the last 6 weeks and as of yet i haven't had trouble with her wandering off, she's surpirised all of us!

She attracts so much attention, we've given your number out to lots of people that stop us in the street. We saw the country life edition with the Puggle on the front, I'm sure that'll bring you lots more requests.

My friend Panos, who bought the Black Lab from you is very happy also. Take care and many thanks,

Marco, Emma & Polly

CASSIE

Hi! I promised to send you on a photo of Cassie, our wonderful Golden Doodle that we bought from you last October, daughter of Rolo. She is now 9 months and we are thrilled with her.

Fabulous temperament and doesn't shed, we find tufts of hair/wool sometimes but not hair all over the place as you would expect with a retriever. She is a happy and loving dog, wonderful with the children, incredibly patient and easily trained. Although she is quite a large dog, she is so manageable that it really isn't an issue. She loves the trampoline too!!!!!

We love her to bits!

Take care,

Donna

Hello Eddie and Tina,

I just thought I would send you a few snaps of Rosie, the little orange roan cocker that picked me for a mum back in December 2006! She is a wonderful little dog, so affectionate, happy and well behaved.

We have to allow lots of time for 'walkies', as everyone we meet wants to fuss Rosie, she is such an adorable character! Rosie has a great sense of humour, and she makes me laugh so much (even when I should be telling her off!!).

I would just like to say thank you for such a brilliant little companion, I couldn't have wished for better!!!

Best wishes,
June Butterworth

Hi this is kirsty mcgibbon who bought one of the puggles out of mollys litter (Abbey).

Abbey has settled into her new home very well she loves playing, especially with our youngest lab millie. Abbey has had all her vet checks and all the vets are pleased with her.

The hernia does not worry the vets at all but they will sort it out once she is a little older. Abbey also atends a puppy class on mondays where she met a puppy that also came from you, Joe the minature chocolate labradoodle (very cute).

There are always people stopping me when out a walk to ask what breed she is or to comment on how cute she is.

Thank you for bringing Abbey and i together. Attached there should be a few pictures of Abbey and her new sisters millie and kira.

Thanks again.
kirsty

Hi Tina / Eddie. She is just coming up to 14 months old and is a fantastic dog. She has got an excellent temperament and enjoys doing absolutely everything (even going to the vets).

She is very much part of the family and we couldn't imagine not having her around. Where ever we go people always ask what breed she is and where she came from. We have recommended you to several people. Thank you for giving us a big ray of sunshine.

The Quartermaine

I'm not sure if you will remember us? We bought two cocker puppies (after being unable to decide on just one!)from you in November 2006, a black and white 1/2 show 1/2 worker boy and a show orange roan boy. We called them Dexter (foxisle Tansy) and Dillon (foxsile Eli).

I just thought you might like to see a picture of them a year on!! they are absolutely amazing and have given us so much pleasure over the last year. Dexter is the most loving and affectionate little dog, he is so clever too!! i take him to agility classes which he loves!! he is a perfect little dog and we couldn't imagine our lives without him now Dillon is a little live wire, he is full of beans all the time and is great entertainment for many hours on end! He too loves his cuddles and is never far away from our sides.

the boys are all grown up now and are so handsome! they are both perfect dogs and great company for us and each other. thank you for our two little boys!!

Hope you like the pictures, they are when we were in Scotland earlier in the year!

Love Amy, Dexter and Dillon
