Hi Tina and Eddie and everyone at foxisle.
Just thought i would send you a picture of our cockapoo woody. We got him from you in July (one of gypsy's litter born 25th april )He is now six months old and as you can see he is absolutely gorgeous. Here he is sitting in his favourite spot, on the sofa. He is a lovely dog and we get comments about him all the time. My husband can't believe how many people stop us in the street and ask us about him and where we got him from. We are always sure to tell them about you all at Foxisle .
Woody loves everyone , people and other dogs. He is a pleasure to have in the house. The children adore him. His personality is great . He can be really playful one minute yet so calm and peaceful the next. We love having him and a great big thankyou to you all for such a wonderful little dog. (well not so little anymore).
Thankyou
Lyndsey,Steve ,Emily and Sam

Hi Eddie and Tina,
I enclose some shots of Leo in his latest guise of show dog! We attended
The Scottish Doodle show down in Dundee at the weekend. It's a show for
Doodles of all types shapes and sizes. There were about 250 dogs there.
Classes ranged from best dog/bitch through obedience to best trick and other
fun classes. First of all he won best dog then he was first in obedience
And then my favorite he won the best Trick class for the second year
running! He performed like a professional in all his classes even though
I've never taught him how to show, he just did what I asked every time.
At the end of the day all winners were called into the ring to be judged for
best in Show. Eddie he showed his heart out and he won best in show!! I
was in tears I was so proud of him. David has taken some pictures of him
with his trophies so I thought you would like to see him and them.
I was asked several times where I got him so you may get some enquiries!
With best wishes from Liz and Best in Show Dog Leo.
Hi Eddie and Tina,

just ace, we are thinking of getting another one so keep
us posted as to any cookerpoo litters you might have.
thank you
kind regards

Hi Eddie and Tina,
We are just emailing you to let you know how Oscar the Cockapoo (from Geri's
litter born on the 7th May) is getting on. He is now 22 weeks old, he has
fitted in perfectly with the whole family and everyone adores him. He loves
everyone he meets and is very sociable and wants to say hello to them all.
Oscar is also very intelligent, he has learnt a number of tricks including roll
over which he mastered after about 30 minutes. He is also a very affectionate
puppy who loves his cuddles and being fussed over.
We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful puppy and all the advice you have
given us.
I Have attatched a couple of recent photos of him.
Thank you again!
The Tauber Family
Hi Eddie,
I just wanted to thank you for a wonderfully puppy that me and my daughter got from you the other week, we called her poppi, she is a joy to have. We have only had a few accidents with her not getting out side fast enough but that was our fault not her's.
Poppi as settled in very well she loves the ferrets she sits yapping at there cage till they come to say hi, they have not met face to face yet only through the wire mess of the cage.
Thanks again for such a wonderful puppy.
Kind Regards
Sam & Jenny Miller
Dear Tina/Eddie.. and all your staff
Sorry it has taken me so long to send this email. I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for my lovely Henri (Beagle). He is a little star. I have only had him for a week but he has settled in beautifully with the 2 Westie pups (Poppy and Teddy)and is having great fun…not to mention causing quite a stir everywhere I take him as he is such a little stunner and so soft and gentle.
I have waited so long for little Henri and have been disappointed by other breeders, I cannot thank you and all your staff for their help and support. He travelled so well back down to Bramhall and despite being advised to go to another junction to avoid a crash I saw coming off the M18/M180, hit 2 other crashes on the way back, so the trip was nearly 4 hours.
Day 3, I took Henri and the Westie’s to the Caravan at Whitby (so this was just under 2 hours) and he was a little star again. I managed to put the play pen out on the private beach for a couple of hours - which was lovely to watch them discover what sand was. Be reassured that the tide had just gone out to clean the sand and dug out the area where I put the pen, so they were not subjected to any other dogs ( we are the only ones who have dogs there anyway and access is only through the caravan site!)
Henri has been given a clean bill of health after his first injections and am looking forward to taking him to our local park, still another 3 weeks yet – as there is another Beagle (Jack) who is 6 months old (no where near as handsome as Henri).
I haven’t managed to get a digital camera yet, but we are all off back to the caravan next Friday for 5 days, so will forward some pictures to you all then.
Several people who have seen him have already commented on the fact that we should show him.. I will stick to just getting him trained at the moment, although he knows his name and comes when called – although he seems to object to doing his business outside, and to not wanting to get up at 5.30 every morning (when I am not working nights!!!) – He loves a cuddle on the bed with the others after going out in the morning.
But I just wanted to say a huge thank you and will email you pictures hopefully next week when we go back to the caravan, and when he goes out for the first time, and I will of course keep in touch and let you know how he is getting on.
Kindest Regards and with many thanks
Sally (and Henri)
Hi Eddie and Tina
Its been a while since we last emailed you and we thought you might be interested in hearing how Louis is getting on?
Louis is now a very proud (and spoilt) Beagle at the grand age of 2 and enjoying life very much thank you! A real charmer and still a real monkey when he wants. His character really has bloomed and he is such a loving dog to both human and canine companions. Giving a new lease of life to his uncle Beau, a 9 yr old Dally who are real partners in crime (one keeps look out whilst the other raids the kitchen)!
Louis is a pretty obedient beagle and our worries that we would never be able to let him off his lead for walkies were vanquished from day one as we heeded your advice about training him through his stomach, however he likes to be a bit in front on a walk in case he sniffs something worth showing us. He loves to be out and about and is a real nosey parker, having to see what every one else is up to in case he misses out, sometimes just sitting at looking out of the window on a rainy day watching for hours, occasionally howling at passers by to let them know he is there.
Our biggest relief is that Louis loves to travel, he will go anywhere and everywhere with us happily sitting for miles and miles in his den in the boot, although more recently prefers to sit in the adults seats so he can navigate! His holidays to France have been twice a year and he thinks that France is great as there are loads more smelly things there to sniff. He also made his first flight in a plane with me, not in the hold mind you, in the cabin in his own private jet, even visiting me in the flight deck. Louis seemed fascinated by the whole experience and stared out of the window the whole time. We cant help wonder what he was thinking?
Louis is not the best behaved Beagle in the world nor is he a show winner, but he brings us tremendous joy and only asks us for love and the occasional belly rub in return for being a great addition to our family. Our continued thanks for our fury friend and great to see you doing so well.
Our very best regards and we hope to visit one day soon.
Alastair, Victoria & Louis
Dear Tina,
I just wanted to thank you for the lovely black boy labradoodle puppy you had picked out for me (from Foxy's litter) and that I collected from you on Saturday morning. He is exactly what I asked you for, a scruffy laidback labradoodle. He is going to fit in with us all perfectly. We all love him already.
Thank you so much. It was great to finally meet you.
Anna Kendall.
Hi,
Just a quick note to tell you that Gem is doing very well and settled down here with Pepper and us (a couple of recent photos attached). We've had her spayed, she's now fully recovered and is enjoying her regular walks in the woods and on the beach. This weekend we're off to the lakes for a spot of camping.
Thank you again for such a lovely pair of dogs - we wouldn't be without them now.
Malcolm & Ann
Hi Tina and Eddie,
sorry we have not sent photos earlier of our gorgeous big boy Charlie ( Goldendoodle ) that we got from you last year May/June. He is wonderful and we are so proud of him, he is excellent with children of any age, people and other dogs. Every time we take him for a walk we always get stopped by people.
We have just had him neutered as the vet said it would stop any problems in his later life , we waited until he was nearly one so as not to effect him .Its his birthday next week end and will send upto date pics of him. in the meantime have enclosed photos from last sept 07 sat in his favourite spot ( our patio table)
He still gets travel sick in the car though, even on short journeys, so we go prepared
take care
love Linda, Roy and family x
As promised I attach a couple of photos of Bobby so you can see how he is growing. We are all so pleased to have him, he is exactly what you would want in a family dog. he is boisterous and fun with my 5 year old boy and kind and gentle with my 2 year old little girl. He has been with us for only a few weeks and is still only a baby but he already sits on command (even when Maisie asks him) and he gives his paw. We have chickens and cats and he behaves impeccably with them.
He is a credit to your breeding and I would certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of buying a dog. In addition to the fact that he has a lovely nature he is also shaping up to be a very handsome dog.
In conclusion we are delighted, thank you so much!
I will try to send some more photos as he grows.
Claire, William, Maisie (and Bobby)
Hi Eddie and Tina
'Duster' is doing fine. She is definitely one of the gang now!! Have attached a couple of pics, as you can see she's growing and growing!! We have a min poodle staying with us this week and she's delighted to have someone her size to rough & tumble with!
kind regards

Hi Eddie and Tina,
I’m typing again so as promised here are a couple of pictures of Leo doing what he loves to do, swim! I’ve also sent a picture of him a little dryer in another email. You can see on that one just how big he has grown. He’s now 26inches at the shoulder. He really is a credit to you as you gave him such a good start in life.
We began dog agility in earnest after Christmas and he is excelling as I thought he would. We were also going tracking until I broke my arm but should be back to that soon. He is an absolute natural at that and drags me along in a very confident manner. David has begun to take him to work in the hills in the Scottish highlands. He is a great companion and a really good boy always doing as asked. The only problem is that he comes home with a coat full of heather, bugs and other detritus
Leo still draws allot of attention for both his looks and his Behaviour which is mostly first class. He never knowingly does wrong although owing to a hare getting up just where I had thrown a ball for him he has given chase on a couple of occasions since when I’ve not seen the hare before him. I’ve not tried to stop him as I don’t want to teach him to ignore me. Rather I wait till he looks back and then I shout `come’ something he always does so far but I wish I knew how I could let him know I’d rather he didn’t give chase in the first place! We’ve been to the pet shop and he’s happy to lie beside the rabbits so to my mind it’s the movement that attracts him not the smell!
I hope all is well with you and that the awful floods down south did not affect you.
With very best wishes to all at foxisle gundogs
From Liz David and Leo

Dear all at Foxisle Gundogs
Please find attached a photograph of one very happy dog in the mountains in the Haute Provence, France. She was a puppy from the litter born 10/08/2007.
I can not thank you enough, she has turned out to be the best dog I have every had, so sweet natured and easy to train but hardy enough to enjoy mountain life. Everyone adores her and I am often stopped when out shopping to find out her breed.Cockapoo difficult to translate into French!!!!! The local vet was up treating a horse and was absolutely besotted by her.
We love her to bits so would never part with her so don't be surprised if you get a French enquiry for a puppy just like "The Anglaise" in the next few months.
Thank you again for breeding such a wonderful dog
Kind regards
Julia Acons

BARNEY
My Name is Lucy Norton from Sheffield. We bought BARNEY from Tina and Eddie and they were very good with us. Barney is a very good dog and is very friendly with other children and our pet cat Belle.
We saw Barneys mum and dad and all his brothers and sisters in the kennels. My dad picked Barney because he waved his paw at him.
HOLLY
I just wanted to say thank you for Holly – our little blonde labradoodle! She is very well behaved and enjoying being centre of attention.
I would recommend you to any-one buying a puppy and we may even think about getting another puppy next year as a friend for Holly. Thank you very much - and keep up the good work you do with all of your dogs
Merry Christmas,
Chris
LEO
Hi Eddie and everyone,
Attached is a photo of Leo last week. He’s growing and changing all the time so I’ll be sending more photos as we go along now I have your email address. He’s an absolute star. He’s outgoing without being over the top and he’s very easy to train. I think they would make good gundogs Eddie.
He even got used to the noise from the fireworks in a very short space of time. [We could hear them clearly from our garden]. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him. He’s down at the beach with my partner just now.
David isn’t home allot but when he is they are very happy to go off and do things together. David is looking forward to the time when he can take him out on the Scottish hills for the day. He will be a big boy the vet says. Prob about 5 stone when mature.
I hope all is going well with you all
With best wishes
Liz and Leo
LOUIS
Hi Eddie and Tina
Happy New year 2007. I hope you are all getting on well. Victoria and I just wanted to say hi and let you know how we are getting on with our 9 month old Beagle, Louis. He was one of the litter from Chester and Blaze back in April and he is an absolute little corker!
As promised (thanks Eddie), he has more energy than he knows what to do with, but has certainly settled into family life well and charms every one he meets with longing eyes only to go and show himself up by parading round with a shoe or worse!
I havent managed to get him flying yet (and become Biggles Beagle, perhaps the first Foxisle dog to be an aviator? Please let us know). but now he will sit still for more than 5 seconds he can start his flying career. He did make a good impression at Birmingham airport on one of his visits and was offered a job sniffing for contraband, but he turned it down as we thought he probably would eat any evidence he sniffed out!
We are really pleased you have a website now as we are forever passing out your details to prospective dog owners, it looks really great.
Louis has his Pet Passport now and is off for his holls to the Dordogne in France in the summer and he is very excited (we think as he chews the suitcase a lot)! We would to come for a visit to show you how he is getting on if you can stand another Beagle for an hour or two.
Best wishes and thanks again for our Fab Foxisle Fella.
Alastair, Victoria & Louis Banton
FOXISLE LADY GRACIE
We have been meaning to get in touch for a very long time now, but unfortunately just haven't got around to it.
We were extremely fortunate to have Foxisle Lady Gracie from you back in March 2005 and she is a truly lovely lovely dog. I think Jayne and I both knew that having a dog would change our lives but I don't believe either of us realised just how much and just how much we'd love her.
She has been an absolute angel since the minute we picked her up, the 2Hr journey home she was perfect, she didn't cry at all the 1st night we put her to bed and she's been no trouble since, no furniture has been chewed, no carpets damaged, we're both still amazed at how calm and placid she is.
In fact sometimes we wish she'd be a little more animated, but in the house she is calmness personified but that changes when she's out, she's a right social butterfly.
I've attached a couple of photos for you to see how she's developed, she really is a beautiful dog and if you plan on having anymore from the same parents we would seriously consider taking another one.
Have you had any contact back about any other of the puppies in the litter? How have they been or did we just get lucky. We both feel that the exercise regime Gracie has had has made her the dog she is with atleast one 4mile walk around Chasewater on a daily basis and on the rate occasions she's gone to the vets they have always commented on her condition.
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to have our little Gracie, although she's not so little these days..
Regards
SIMON

POLLY
Hi Tina and Eddie, we hope all is well with the both of you, we'd just like to say thanks again for giving us such a lovely dog, she's 5 months old next week and doing very well, although a bit naughty at times!
We've attached some photo's for you. We'll keep you updated on her progress, she's been walking with me(Marco) off the lead for the last 6 weeks and as of yet i haven't had trouble with her wandering off, she's surpirised all of us!
She attracts so much attention, we've given your number out to lots of people that stop us in the street.
We saw the country life edition with the Puggle on the front, I'm sure that'll bring you lots more requests.
My friend Panos, who bought the Black Lab from you is very happy also.
Take care and many thanks,
Marco, Emma & Polly

CASSIE
Hi! I promised to send you on a photo of Cassie, our wonderful Golden Doodle that we bought from you last October, daughter of Rolo. She is now 9 months and we are thrilled with her.
Fabulous temperament and doesn't shed, we find tufts of hair/wool sometimes but not hair all over the place as you would expect with a retriever. She is a happy and loving dog, wonderful with the children, incredibly patient and easily trained. Although she is quite a large dog, she is so manageable that it really isn't an issue. She loves the trampoline too!!!!!
We love her to bits!
Take care,
Donna
Hello Eddie and Tina,
I just thought I would send you a few snaps of Rosie, the little orange roan cocker that picked me for a mum back in December 2006! She is a wonderful little dog, so affectionate, happy and well behaved.
We have to allow lots of time for 'walkies', as everyone we meet wants to fuss Rosie, she is such an adorable character! Rosie has a great sense of humour, and she makes me laugh so much (even when I should be telling her off!!).
I would just like to say thank you for such a brilliant little companion, I couldn't have wished for better!!!
Best wishes,
June Butterworth

Hi this is kirsty mcgibbon who bought one of the puggles out of mollys
litter (Abbey).
Abbey has settled into her new home very well she loves playing,
especially
with our youngest lab millie. Abbey has had all her vet checks and all
the
vets are pleased with her.
The hernia does not worry the vets at all
but
they will sort it out once she is a little older. Abbey also atends a
puppy
class on mondays where she met a puppy that also came from you, Joe the
minature chocolate labradoodle (very cute).
There are always people
stopping me when out a walk to ask what breed she is or to comment on
how
cute she is.
Thank you for bringing Abbey and i together. Attached
there
should be a few pictures of Abbey and her new sisters millie and kira.
Thanks again.
kirsty

Hi Tina / Eddie. She is just coming up to 14 months old and is a fantastic dog. She has got an excellent temperament and enjoys doing absolutely everything (even going to the vets).
She is very much part of the family and we couldn't imagine not having her around. Where ever we go people always ask what breed she is and where she came from. We have recommended you to several people.
Thank you for giving us a big ray of sunshine.
The Quartermaine
I'm not sure if you will remember us? We bought two cocker puppies (after being unable to decide on just one!)from you in November 2006, a black and white 1/2 show 1/2 worker boy and a show orange roan boy. We called them Dexter (foxisle Tansy) and Dillon (foxsile Eli).
I just thought you might like to see a picture of them a year on!!
they are absolutely amazing and have given us so much pleasure over the last year.
Dexter is the most loving and affectionate little dog, he is so clever too!! i take him to agility classes which he loves!! he is a perfect little dog and we couldn't imagine our lives without him now
Dillon is a little live wire, he is full of beans all the time and is great entertainment for many hours on end! He too loves his cuddles and is never far away from our sides.
the boys are all grown up now and are so handsome! they are both perfect dogs and great company for us and each other. thank you for our two little boys!!
Hope you like the pictures, they are when we were in Scotland earlier in the year!
Love Amy, Dexter and Dillon
